Priority Management are an international company that are leaders in the areas of training. They are well known in the areas of time management, project management and Outlook training as well as training on the integration of mobile phone technology and time management.

As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) they have obligations not only to their clients but to the government to keep records for 30 years. As a company committed to quality training, they provide feedback as to the effectiveness of their training. As part of their system they provide Pre-course questionnaires, Training day feedback forms, Post course questionnaires, Coaching feedback forms as well as graphics and statistical reports for the students. Priority was required to manually follow up with students regarding their forms. Keeping track of all of this manually was one persons full-time job. With the business expanding this was going to take up even more resources.

There was a solution however! We designed a website that allowed students to login directly to their training website and fill in their questionnaires. This produced graphical reports in a PDF format and sent a copy to Priority and the student. Instead of having to manually create graphs for each student, it was now automated. It also records all the courses they have completed and allows for group reporting of training results for HR Departments with ROI on their training investment. We are making further improvements as we automate their entire training system and take away the repetitive tasks that are now unnecessary.

It was estimated that this website saved at least 75% of one persons wage in its first year and 100% in the next year, after the cost of the website design and custom  programming.
