1. Hosted Internet Telephony
Hosted telephony has many benefits for the user and there are many technical aspects that for most people are very confusing to understand.
However, we like to simplify this process and focus on helping our customers and outlining the benefits for our customers.
The thing I like about hosted telephony is taking my handset with me on business trips and that I can receive and transfer calls seamlessly if I am interstate and it functions as if I am in the office. I can make internal and external calls and staff can receive calls fro my office and transfer them to me wherever I am.

2. SIP Trunks –
In layman’s terms a SIP trunk is a virtual version of an analog telephone line. Using these SIP trunks, with a voice over internet protocol (VOIP} allows you to connect 1,2, or 30 channels to your PBX telephone exchange system. Flexibility and scalability are the important areas.
This allows you to make local, interstate and international calls using the internet.
Connecting a new or existing PBX is efficient and cost effective.
