SMC operate a very specialised business, so our first job was to understand their business and find clear ways of communicating that to their target audience.
We went through a comprehensive briefing & design process to ensure that the website was meeting the needs of the potential clients. All aspects of the design and function were thoroughly worked through. This included over 20 software solution guides that needed to be integrated into the website, to help clients understand what could be achieved. These are downloaded daily and are often the start of the conversation with the client.
We were focused on ensuring the website was a balance of aesthetic appeal and useful functionality, which included a mega menu to make finding information easy.
